I take the stress out of ordering plants in colder months. As long as you report any damage within 24 hours of delivery, the risk is on me.

I do not insure plants that may have been left outside in the cold. If you can’t be home for delivery, I strongly suggest:
• Shipping to your work address
• Holding at your local post office

I personally monitor your weather and pack accordingly , insulation, heat packs, or holding your order if needed. I may delay shipping to protect your plants.

If you choose to rush shipping against my recommendation, you are voiding winter insurance and accepting the risk.

Most orders ship Monday or Tuesday.

Cuttings may ship any day of the week, including Thursday.

Why? Because cuttings are packed in damp sphagnum moss and often sealed in humidity pouches. I’ve personally left cuttings in these pouches for weeks , they root, they thrive, they survive delays. That’s why they can safely ship outside the typical “plant-safe” schedule.

If you see a variety pop up that you want to add before your order ships:

🌱 Most cuttings are single node (two leaves + one node).

If you order multiples of the same variety, I often leave them uncut on the vine so you can choose how to propagate. You’ll still receive the same number of nodes , just connected.

🌱 Hoya - especially mature growth , can show natural scarring, corking, dark spots, or bumps. These are cosmetic and part of the plant’s character. They do not affect propagation success.

When selecting cuttings, I prioritize:
• Firm leaves
• Proper hydration
• Healthy nodes

Pretty is nice. Healthy is non-negotiable.

• Most cuttings are not top cuttings
• Larger orders may receive tip cuttings
• Some varieties may be single leaf cuttings
• Many cuttings include aerial roots (not guaranteed)
• Shipped in damp sphagnum moss

Plants are living things. Some varieties vine with spaced leaves instead of pairs , in that case, you may receive a longer cutting with leaves on separate nodes.
